But, what does it mean to be a Which? trusted trader and how did we get assessed during the process of applying?
Credit and financial stability
During the application process, our accounts and financial status as a business are assessed for suitability, this means as a consumer you are dealing with a business on a sound financial footing.
The Which? team contacted a selection of previous Videtta Heating customers to check references of the quality of our work and customer service.
Our internal business processes are tested during the application process, this means we have robust processes for handling customer installs and post-install care.
Interview and assessment
During the process our founder, Jordan Videtta was interviewed by Which? to fully understand all aspects of how the business is run, ensuring it meets the strict high standards of the professional assessor at Which?
Code of Conduct
By using a Which? trusted trader you are protected by our adherence to their strict Code of Conduct with regards to service and complaints handling. This means in the unlikely event we fail to meet your expectations when handling a complaint, you have recourse to contact Which? which is then passed to the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, an independent dispute resolution service for Which? Trusted trader customers.
Who makes the grade?
Not everyone that applies for Which? Trusted trader status gets endorsed. Only those that meet the high standards and criteria set out by Which? are approved, and thankfully, in February 2021 we were approved to carry the Which? Trusted trader badge.
